Returns & Exchanges

At NICCE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all NICCE branded tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
